The Pot Smoker BBQ Catering is your go-to for full-service event planning. We offer party-sized portions of slow-smoked meats, sides, sauces, drinks and more. Available for pick up, delivery or we can even come set-up and serve at your event. No matter what the event, we can make it happen. Service Options
We recommend at least a 48-hour notice for preparation and one-week’s notice for all full-service catering orders.
Pick Up
- Your order will be ready for pick-up at your convenience
- We will help you with the quantity needed
- No minimum required
Full Service
- This service includes a professional staff, set-up and all equipment for buffet service, including catering quality plates, utensils and condiments
- Full Service is an additional charge per server
Delivery / Set-up
- This service includes catering quality paper goods, utensils and serving utensils
- All food is delivered in disposable aluminum pans
- Disposable chafing dishes and fuel are available for an extra charge
Tasting and Sampling
Call ahead of time to schedule an appointment to taste and sample out menu before booking your next catered event.
